SILence
SILence allows you to calculate the failure probabilities and SIL values of safety loops, quickly and reliably. The safety loops are configured simply by drag & drop. The program automatically calculates the PFD, PFH, SFF and MTTF values. The mathematical equations required to do this are stored in the program, and the relevant data relating to the safety loop components are stored in open, expandable databases. Alternative loops can be planned quickly, approval processes have been simplified, and the system is open for calculations using other manufacturers’ PESs – all this guarantees high efficiency and a secure investment with low development costs.
