Registration:
Registrations are processed and will be confirm in the order of which they are received. After registration the participant will receive an order confirmation together with all relevant information and documents.
Cancellation of registration:
In case of cancellation of a reservation 11 or more days ahead of training no costs for cancelling will be charged. In case cancellation is not done in time or participant does not attend to training or leave earlier full training rates will be charged.
Payment:
Payment of training rates has to be done 10 days ahead of training. Other conditions can be found in your quotation.
Cancellation of training:
A training will take place if a minimum number of participants is given. Is that not given one week ahead of training HIMA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel that training. In this case all registered participants will be informed immediately and also hotel reservations will be cancelled by HIMA.
