Registration:
The registration will be processed in the order of receipt.
Cancellation of registration:
Cancellation by the particicpant(s) should be done 10 working days before course starts. There will be no payment refunds. Participant is entitled to join a future course of the same kind. See schedule for future course offerings.
Cancellation of the Training Course:
HIMA reserves the right to cancel the course if the minimum number of participants for the particular location is not met. Participants will be informed of the cancellation 5 working days before course start. In this case participants will receive 100% refund.
Pricing:
All quoted prices are exclusively effective for the parts and services itemised in the “Scope of Supply”.
All costs for travelling and accomodation are for the account of particicpants.
Terms of Payment:
Payment in advance 4 weeks before course start.
Binding Period:
Our proposal is valid for three months after issue date.
