HIMA expands the Brühl and Singapore location concept with a new format for future cooperation. With the Customer Solutions Center, HIMA created a new facility, where cutting-edge technologies, expert knowledge and inspiring work spaces for co-creation are bundled under one roof. A place to stimulate progress in Digitalized Safe Automation, with the latest technology you can touch, experiment with and test.

The investment in a new Customer Solutions Center makes it possible to address customer needs individually, to understand and to develop solutions together. In some cases, customer-specific workshops lasting several days with interdisciplinary HIMA safety experts are used to create safety solutions for the plants of tomorrow.

Five HIMA divisions and competence centers

Many years of application know-how bundled in standardized solutions. The diverse spectrum ranges from classic safety concepts of a firing system to the design of critical control loops of turbines and compressors to leakage detection in pipelines.

The HIMA Academy is also part of the HIMA Customer Solutions Center and addresses everything to do with technical training for customers and users.

The Consulting division analyzes critical applications and creates customized security management for plant processes and operations throughout the entire lifecycle.

In this area, plants are secured against cyber risks and vulnerabilities are closed. The goal is to produce in compliance with standards and protect the systems against unauthorized access.

1 – 3 day workshops
HIMA experts work with customers to develop safety-relevant solutions and their technical implementation. In one to three-day workshops, interdisciplinary teams examine safety issues from all angles.  
Initial solution approaches are immediately validated in the Experience Room.
